- Deliver engaging 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with NY curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize digital tools for interactive whiteboard sessions and resource sharing
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student milestones
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session documentation and billing records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- NY State teaching certification preferred
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject knowledge in Math, Science, or ELA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
