Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- State teaching certification or tutoring certification preferred
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, English, or History
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
