Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona academic standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress through our digital dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to ensure comprehensive student support
- Utilize interactive digital tools (virtual whiteboards, simulations, etc.) to enhance engagement
- Maintain accurate session records and documentation in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience with proven student achievement
- Arizona teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
