Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with academic standards
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methodologies
- Provide detailed progress reports to parents/students
- Utilize our interactive digital learning platform effectively
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists for content updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years teaching/tutoring experience
- Strong proficiency in at least 2 academic subjects
- Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
- State teaching certification preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching to diverse learning styles
- Background check clearance required
