Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions via our secure video platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific needs and learning style.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Maintain a professional and engaging online presence throughout sessions.
- Prepare students for standardized tests or specific coursework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to our code of conduct.
