Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in math, science, language arts, or specialized subjects
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless session delivery
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student challenges
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject field or equivalent teaching experience
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- State teaching certification preferred but not required
- Strong subject matter expertise in one or more academic areas
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions
