Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with CA state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports
- Utilize our interactive platform for live video sessions and resource sharing
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- CA teaching credential preferred (not required for non-certified tutors)
- Proven experience in online tutoring/virtual teaching
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum (Math/Science focus a plus)
- Excellent communication and tech-savvy skills
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions
- Background check clearance required
