Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona state standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing, educational apps) for effective instruction
- Maintain accurate session logs and student achievement documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- State teaching certification or specialized subject expertise (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- 1+ years of virtual or in-person tutoring experience
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and digital teaching tools
