Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate student records and session documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Minimum 2 years of classroom or virtual tutoring experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
