Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Adapt teaching methods to individual student learning styles and needs
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our digital platform for lesson planning and resource sharing
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge in Math, Science, or English
- Excellent verbal communication and digital literacy skills
