Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools and resources to enhance remote learning experiences
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience, especially in virtual settings

- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage remote learners
- Massachusetts teaching certification (or eligible for reciprocity)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
