Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Collaborate with academic advisors to optimize learning outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Texas teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Minimum 2 years classroom or virtual tutoring experience
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
