Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Nebraska teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
