Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress through our analytics dashboard and adjust teaching strategies
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging, interactive learning experiences
- Communicate progress reports to parents and academic advisors bi-weekly
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain subject expertise through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual experience strongly preferred)
- Expertise in at least one academic subject (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and online learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching styles
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Background check clearance
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions
