- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Process orders and manage accounts using our internal CRM systems.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all interactions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to attendance and performance metrics set forth by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be located in the Las Vegas, NV area (or willing to commute for onboarding).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., evenings or weekends).
