Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and update CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining authentic customer relationships
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed, actionable notes
- Meet/exceed KPIs for first-contact resolution and response times
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
