Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions remotely
- Perform preventive maintenance on client hardware systems
- Install and configure new equipment per client specifications
- Document all service activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with Sacramento-based engineering team for complex issues
- Provide technical training to end-users
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote access software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
