- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via video calls and remote access
- Document service activities and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 1+ years of technical support or field technician experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
