Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence and resolution tracking
- Conduct system diagnostics and implement effective solutions
- Document troubleshooting processes and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site support
