Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through digital channels and strategic networking
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for B2B clients
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our 3 core service lines
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven B2B sales experience with verifiable track record
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Experience in SaaS or technology solutions highly preferred
- Ability to travel quarterly for team meetings and training
