Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling for marketing campaigns
- Present findings to cross-functional teams via virtual workshops
- Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing
- Maintain data governance frameworks and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive analytics experience in finance/tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or Google Data Engineer preferred
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment
- Ability to work independently across time zones
