As a key player in our off-hours support infrastructure, you will ensure business continuity and system integrity for our enterprise clients. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a high-impact role without the constraints of a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: Monitor and maintain enterprise servers, firewalls, and network infrastructure during weekend hours.
- Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve complex IT support tickets and technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Security Compliance: Execute routine security patches, backups, and vulnerability assessments to protect data integrity.
- Client Communication: Provide remote technical guidance and updates to stakeholders regarding system status and outages.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, changes, and resolutions for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Remote Setup: Must possess a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote troubleshooting tools.
