Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift hours (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM EST).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Log and manage customer tickets in the CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the day shift team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients during off-hours.
- Conduct remote desktop sharing sessions to guide clients through troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated on new company products and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proven experience working night shifts or the ability to commit to a consistent evening schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
