Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email to customers during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to company security protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Technical Certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
