Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on testing and quality assurance.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance and security standards.
- Conduct technical research and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders via documentation and updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with experience in at least one modern frontend framework.
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues independently.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
