- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues for remote clients with minimal downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Document technical solutions and track incident resolution using CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve persistent product bugs.
- Conduct remote training sessions for end-users on new software updates and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and proactively communicate outages to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer success roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working successfully in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems is a plus.
