Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-driven design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methods including wireframing, journey mapping, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration with developers
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
