The Role:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user-friendly designs. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across the entire product suite.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture within the remote team.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proven experience working in a Remote or distributed team environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is highly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
