Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS/Linux platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
