Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to remote employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and configure employee workstations and remote access tools.
- Maintain accurate logs of technical tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates and security patches.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new remote staff members.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
