- Convert audio/video recordings into accurate, verbatim transcripts
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance

- Research and resolve unclear terminology through industry resources

- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (preferred)
- Proficiency in Express Scribe and Microsoft Office Suite
