Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects for enterprise clients
- Conduct user research and create wireframes/prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, product, marketing)
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve our design system library
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs
- Document design processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
