Responsibilities
- Design and maintain user-friendly interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather feedback and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, from research to high-fidelity UI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
