Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary CRM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless weekend coverage
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce
- Proactively upsell solutions while building client relationships
- Adhere to SLA metrics for response and resolution times
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm MST)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
