Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support via phone, chat, and email for weekend customers
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using diagnostic tools
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Monitor support tickets to maintain SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to knowledge base updates with new solutions
- Participate in weekend team huddles for alignment and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong communication skills with clear, concise written abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM EST)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Associate degree in IT or related field preferred
