Responsibilities

- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekend team training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
