Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using provided diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with field technicians for on-site interventions when required
- Maintain detailed equipment performance logs and maintenance schedules
- Provide 24/7 weekend support for high-priority client systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical improvements
- Train clients on proper equipment usage via virtual sessions
- Document troubleshooting processes and update knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience with industrial/commercial equipment
- Proficiency in remote diagnostic software and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical and electronic systems
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits in Tampa/IL
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling when necessary
