Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, cloud applications, and network connectivity
- Document all interactions using ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during complex system outages
- Conduct proactive system health checks during weekend shifts
- Escalate critical issues following established protocols
- Maintain security compliance for remote access protocols
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM EST)
