Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve system/network connectivity problems for Denver-based clients
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Document all troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate complex technical issues
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential weekend disruptions
- Train clients on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and application issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site support
