Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during assigned weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations efficiently while maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Manage and update customer accounts and issue tickets within our CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or remote operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
