Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Resolve complex inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (12 PM - 8 PM PST)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
