Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy, accuracy, and technical proficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve weekend support processes and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, performance metrics, and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is a plus.
