Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and customer support during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone systems.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (Indianapolis or Texas preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with remote work tools and ticketing systems.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
