Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to high-volume incoming support tickets during weekend hours.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior management promptly.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
- Maintain a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Must reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work.
- Proven experience in customer support, IT help desk, or technical support.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a home office setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
