Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems for clients via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic explanations to non-technical users regarding product functionality and service outages.
- System Optimization: Document recurring issues and escalate bugs to the development team to improve the overall system architecture.
- Service Continuity: Maintain high standards of uptime and responsiveness to ensure business operations are not interrupted over the weekend.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new remote agents by sharing best practices for remote support workflows.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed KPIs related to First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related IT field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent, full-time basis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Environment: Ability to work independently in a home office setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
