Responsibilities
- Provide elite-level technical troubleshooting and remote support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage and resolve escalated technical tickets within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) on weekends.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and technical proficiency during high-volume periods.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and software updates for remote endpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Success roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical jargon.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Teams.
