Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex physician schedules across multiple departments using Epic EMR systems
- Manage patient appointment logistics, including rescheduling and conflict resolution
- Facilitate communication between clinical teams, patients, and administrative staff
- Optimize clinic workflow through calendar management and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling activities in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with billing department to ensure accurate insurance verification

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience in medical practice or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic EMR, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMA) preferred
