Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create stunning 2D artwork, including characters, environments, and UI elements, using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with the 3D team to integrate 2D assets seamlessly into photorealistic 3D environments.
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media campaigns, web interfaces, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to strict brand guidelines and style guides.
- Optimize 2D assets for performance and scalability across various digital platforms.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the creative department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D art, graphic design, or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Procreate.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Experience with vector graphics and scalable vector formats (SVG, EPS).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D illustration and animation work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
