Responsibilities

- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms, focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Mentorship & Culture: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term product roadmap for our AI products, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous ethical standards and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
