Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance ML pipelines for generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align AI roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps infrastructure, ensuring continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to establish ethical AI standards and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research emerging technologies to evaluate their potential for integration into our core products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-scale data throughput.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
